Boon Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash at M-115 and West 13th Street in Wexford County

What Happened

A woman from Boon died Wednesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of M-115 and West 13th Street in Wexford County, according to the Wexford County Sheriff's Office. Deputies were called to the intersection at approximately 2:56 p.m. on September 16.

The sheriff's office said a vehicle traveling southeast collided in the intersection with a westbound vehicle driven by the Boon woman. She was taken to Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital, where she died from her injuries.

The driver of the southeast-bound vehicle, a man from Cedar, was treated for minor injuries at the scene. Neither driver has been publicly identified, and the sheriff's office did not release their ages.
