What Happened
Two men were killed in a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Holt Road and Every Road in Alaiedon Township, southeast of Lansing in Ingham County, on Monday afternoon, August 24, 2026, according to reporting by WILX News 10.
The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office said the crash involved a vehicle traveling north on Every Road driven by a 40-year-old Haslett woman, an eastbound vehicle on Holt Road driven by a 59-year-old man from the Flint area, and a westbound vehicle on Holt Road driven by a 42-year-old man whose hometown was not confirmed in initial reports. The 59-year-old and the 42-year-old both died, per the sheriff’s office; no other injuries were reported.
Holt Road was closed between Meridian and Walline roads and Every Road between Lamb and Willoughby roads through the evening while the Ingham Regional Crash Investigation Team documented the scene, WILX reported; the intersection has since reopened.
